I have a dotted line page break in the middle of my excel spreadsheet that I can't remove, please help

I am clicking on cell to the right after entering my information. For some unknown reason excel online is not bringing up my keyboard for one. It is giving me a right click screen that is shown. That is one frustrating issue. The next maddening trick it has come up with is that it is adding the prior cells information to the new cell after I type the info into the new cell. For example let's say I type an L in cell B2. When I finally get the keyboard to come up in cell B3, I will enter a the number 2. It will show up as L2. If I go to cell B4and enter the number 1 it shows up as L21. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need help. I have a few sheets. I need data from sheet 1 E3 to automatically update on sheet 2. ( Summary Sheet) I have an excel drop down calendar on sheet 1, E1 When May is selected in E1 I need the data is E3 to update on Sheet 2 in the corresponding month column. This is a running summary.

I just downloaded excel. I opened the worksheet and entered into one of the blocks 1. 12 13 and the one underneath it 1. 12. 14. Instead of it calculating the next block which would be 1. 12. 15, 1 12. 16. It calculates 2. 12 13, 3. 12 13. Can anyone help me with this problem.

So i have this excel file full of data relating to a survey taken from roughly 1700 households. Each household is number (1,2,3,4...) and has corresponding columns relating to it such as no. of people in the household, whether children go to school etc. My problem is, is that i need to take a random sample of 1400 households and still carry over the corresponding data from the neighbouring columns, but whenever i use the sample data toolpack, it just takes 1400 random number across all columns. If you could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated. The data file is attached below.
