I need help with setting up conditional statements in Excel. We have dates all over the year and we have a column that should automatically identify what quarter this date belongs to.
Right now it works with Q1 and Q2, but that's it. It looks like this:
(B573-$P$570)/365*4+0.0175
A date is listed in B573. In P570 the date 01/01/18 is listed.
It also needs to be bigger than that. It needs to work for all four quarters of the year and future years (2018, 2019, 2020). If there is no date in the column, it should write N/A.
Can you help?
