Hello, I am working with two workbooks. I am trying to get specific information from one onto the other using 3 criteria. I currently using a index match formula. Both sheets have the same information but one has a response that I am trying to match and populate onto the new report. However, instead of looking up the actual value of the cell - its matching the location and giving me whats in that cell. =INDEX('[Arrow OOR - 9-11-18.xlsx]Response'!$A:$L,MATCH(1,(A:A=A4)*(B:B=B4)*(F:F=F4),0),12)

I am trying to perform a vlookup or index match for a large data set. Normally I rely on vlookup but it is giving me data from the wrong column whatever I do. I have tried to move to vlookup and it is doing exactly the same thing. Do you have any tips?

I need the Pivot Table Wizard in Excel from Office Home and Student 2016 for Mac. The Cmd-Opt-P that works in Excel 2011 for Mac won't work in the 2016 version. I need to add ranges. The Change Data Source doesn't work: it says because I have dat "from multiple consolidation ranges" and it says to use "Command + Option + P" which doesn't work. Is there another way of bringing up the Pivot Table Wizard?

I created a pivot table linked to source data in a separate worksheet and the pivot table was distributed to employees. The data had confidential in it that was accidentally included. I thought deleting the sheet with the data source would break the pivot table, but that is not the case. Can I do anything to corrupt the pivot table?

Ok, I am trying to create a running workbook where I have data in different tabs (each tab is one month) that I want to add values to, and create a ytd summary tab that will track how much is being spent for each month, I am attempting to use the data model pivot table tool but am having trouble building the relationships, is there an easier way to do this ?
