Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this blog.

I am trying to get a pivot table to add the amount of fees for separate months from separate spreadsheets. I was trying something with the Pivoting Wizard, but it was too much for my 32 bit Excel.

Hey, and thank you. This went kind of fast, so my little survey answers are messed up. Apologies
User 17/08/2018 - 03:28
Okay
User 17/08/2018 - 03:31
At this point, I need the total revenue from the three months and get the added total in the pivot sheet
User 17/08/2018 - 03:32
I've tried multiple ways, but it will only add either one of the spreadsheets, count it (Even if I change it to sum), or just confuses me lol
Excelchat Expert 17/08/2018 - 03:32
Why dont you put all the data in one sheet and then use pivot
Excelchat Expert 17/08/2018 - 03:32
or you can use formulas
User 17/08/2018 - 03:32
As in put the tables next to each other?
User 17/08/2018 - 03:33
I thought formulas, like Sumif, and countif
User 17/08/2018 - 03:33
Was hoping there was a more efficient way then that though
Excelchat Expert 17/08/2018 - 03:33
If you put data in one sheet then pivot can work

User 17/08/2018 - 03:37
I can see what you're getting at, and this is very nice indeed. And then I just add their names to the pivot table to show who made what in that particular month
Excelchat Expert 17/08/2018 - 03:37
Yes
User 17/08/2018 - 03:37
You're amazing and I love you lol
Excelchat Expert 17/08/2018 - 03:37
If you make the data as i have done in combined sheet then it will work very well with pivot tables
