I need a formula that can take a number (18) and know that it has to take the first 8 our of that 18 and multiply the straight time rate, the next 4 our of the 18 and multiply by overtime, and the next 6 out of that 18 and multiply by the double time rate. The hours will not always be 18 hours but that is gonna be the max hours. Sometimes it might only be 8 hours or 12 hours. However, i need it to sum up the total hours (8,4,6) and know what rates to multiply them by.
