Conditional formatting - I'm trying to change the format of a cell based on the value in another cell. I have a table with 100+ lines; when column E reads "complete," I want column C to go back to plain format

Formula help: =COUNTBLANK(offset(Inglewood!C$2,,MATCH(D3,Inglewood!$C$1:$N$1,0)-1,counta(Inglewood!$A:$A)-1)) This is helping me have conditional formatting based on empty cells from another tab. I want to change the range of data that is being seen. (i.e. instead of C2:C47 I want it to be C11:C47)

I need help with conditional formatting. I would like to highlight cells based on a "yes/no" value rather than numeric digits.

For some reason i'm having a mind blank about how to extend conditional formatting rules further down the sheet. I have all the rules I need applied to the top cell, but now I need all the cells in column c to have the same rule, but corresponding to column b cells without retyping the rules for each individual cell. For example, cell C2 should turn red if < than cell B2. I now need cells C3 thru C38 to turn red if < than cells B3 thru B38. Not sure if that makes sense!

I am having a challenge with conditional formatting. My workbook has 2 sheets (SheetA, SheetB). When data is entered into some cells in SheetA, it automatically fills to the appropriate cell in Sheet B (=SheetA!cell #). This is working fine. The challenge I am having is the data in SheetA is formatted (date, number, etc.). When cells in SheetA are blank because data has not been input yet, there are 0's or incorrect dates in SheetB. What I want is to conditionally format the cells in SheetB to be blank unless data has been input into the reference cell in SheetA. Thank you for the help.
