Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I need a formula for monthly counting of "canceled". if in a year data C1:C365 have few date C4, C8, C9, C24, C28 is canceled in Jan-2018 C4,C8 Feb-2018 C9,C24,C28.
Kindly help to me for find the formula.
