Refresh not working for pivot table/chart. "This command requires at least two rows of source data. you cannot use the command on a selection of only one row. Try the following" If you're using an advanced filter, select a range of cell that contains at least two rows of data. then click the Advanced Filter command again. If you're creating a PivotTable report or PivotChart report , type a cell reference or select a range that includes at least two rows of data

i will a case number to the case number column.. so it goes from blank to a case number.. that should update the "customer engaged" line on chart

there are multiple pivots in one sheet and source data was not correct for both of the sheets

I created a new pivot similar to yours and it was working fine and hence I realized multiple pivots and data source isnt fine.

but you have some manual updates as well like column names and all.. so when you are updating all the pivots in one go by clicking on refresh all
