May I ask a few questions to confirm my understanding?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:00
sure
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:01
how many columns of data are you trying to print?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:01
7
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:01
the reason I am asking is becausea worksheet can have multiple print areas. Each print area will print as a separate page.
User 15/08/2018 - 09:02
There are two columns of emails, all the other info prints except the email address
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:03
Please select the cells that you want to define as the print area. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:03
To see all the print areas to make sure they’re the ones you want, click View > Page Break Preview in the Workbook Views group. When you save your workbook, the print area is saved too.
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:04
viewing the page break preview will also help confirm if the email addresses are included in the print area
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:04
Could you please confirm if this works?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:05
They show up in the print preview, but they do not print
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:06
would you be able to share what you see in print preview?
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:06
or a sample sheet?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:07
I cannot share any of the file as it contains contact information for individuals
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:07
I understand
User 15/08/2018 - 09:08
I tried to change all the emails so they weren't hyperlinks but that didn't seem to make a difference
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:08
when you select view and Page break view, do you see columns in one sheet?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:09
Yes all the columns are on one sheet. The area is gray (selected) with Page 1 behind it all
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:09
if you see a dotted line before your email ID columns, they you will need to move it to include the columns with email ID columns
User 15/08/2018 - 09:11
There are no dotted lines
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:12
let me see if I can come up with someother solution for you
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:13
May I know which version of excel are you using?
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:13
because I was thiking how about exporting to PDF format and then printing?
User 15/08/2018 - 09:14

Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:14

User 15/08/2018 - 09:14
I tried pulling it into word and Photoshop and had the same result
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:14
then could you try exporting to PDF and then printing?
Excelchat Expert 15/08/2018 - 09:14
