To hide the negative values from a pivot table, use the following steps.

In the far right-handside of Excel we have the PivotTable Field List pane

Note that the pane is active when the pivotTable is selected. It can be selected by just clicking on it.

The PivotTable Field List Pane has four sections to its lower side: Report Filter, Column Labels, Row Labels and Values

In the values sections, click the on the showdown arrow of the item which is there and from the menu options which pops up, select Field Settings.
