Hi there. I'm trying to get a formula that uses an IF statement (or other kind of formula) that will highlight a row if column f has "a" but columns g and h are empty

sorry F="Y" in this case ... I use "a" because I have it set up under webdings so it shows up as a checkmark but I'm changing it all to Y
