Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I want to create a form, where if I ask question one and the answer is a particular thing it will automatically ask another question. i.e. are you male or female. If female then the next question would be are you pregnant? however if male is answered I don't want the other question to be shown. Can anyone help?

but there are questions that wont refer to everyone, i.e. if they are male I want it to pop up with different questions to female based on their answer

Column H contains the Data Validation - it allows to pick only answers from A, B, C - you just need to extend the formula down and it will work for the new questions

When you need to add a question with condition, you type the formulas which are in E3 and F3

They check if answer meets the trigger, if yes - it shows the questions, if no - it shows nothing

all you need to do - is to extend the cell with user Answer, and copy those formulas for questions with conditions
