Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I need column V to show a number determined by a number in column U being within a certain range from a range table i.e. if column U reads between 52 and 62 then column V should show 5 if column V changes to a number between 63 and 74 column U should change to show 6
