My report has a formula that changes text in "L" column based on the date (column "K" being greater than 300 days. I want to highlight and change column "L" text if date in column "K" is greater than 30 days past date. I'm not sure if this can even be done in conditional formatting or if it will work better in VBA, Any help would be WONDERFUL! Thank you!

I’m trying to use conditional formatting to create rules for cells to color code blue or red when values are either lesser or greater. Columns C7-17 and F7-17 are comparing to each other. Columns C24-50 and F24-50 are cells that allow my conditional formatting to work. Ultimately, cells F7-17 are color coded based on comparing to cells C7-17, with the work to allow this formatting following below. Looking at the attached, I need help formatting the cells F8, F10, and F12. Rules I’m struggling on in these three cells: F8: If value is comparing a $ figure to text None, the None cell should be blue. F10: If value is comparing None to $ value, the $ value should be red. If value is comparing % to $ value, $ value should be red.
