I need to know the formula as to average the individual GREEN, RED, and BLUE cell data together in the TOTAL GREEN, RED, and BLUE cell at the bottom that have data in the cells. So, if there is no data in the individual cells the AVERAGE formula ignores these cells, and only averages the ones with numbers. There is not a specific 'range' for this, but the individual cells for each color that needs to be AVERAGED.

I would like to know if I can change the default sort in Excel 2016. I have many sheets to sort and each time I need to go to Data>Sort then change Sort by from the current default Formula no to Product name. Then change Sort on from Values to Font color & then change order to Red color & then change to On Bottom. Is there any way to set the default sort with these parameters so I dont need to do this every time?

Cross reference these countries with the list of tech ready countries in the “Tech Readiness 2016” and highlight in the “Internet user and pop. Table” worksheet the country or countries that are in both lists. You may choose any shade of orange as the highlighting color. Cross reference them using conditional formatting.

Is there a way to get the script to function automatically to update the value in change with the background color, even reloading the page doesn't update it. I have a spreadsheet that I have to print daily schedules from I have it conditional formatted so when I enter an X in the first cell of the row the row highlights. Through out that row there are X's in the cells of the daily sheet I must print from tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. So I have two questions: Is there a formula that I can write so when I enter that X in the first cell it makes any other cell with an X in it print the corresponding bottom tabs daily schedule sheet. So looking at this I want the first X to say print sheet 3,8,12,15 from the tabs below. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 x x x x x tabs at bottom 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 Or this would be my other option: Conditional formatting. My other question is on this same spreadsheet, Is there a formula that I can write so that when I enter that same X in that first cell I have conditional formatting that will highlight the X's in that row a color of my choice. I am thinking some kind of IF / THEN statement.

I'm trying to use conditional formatting in excel based on another cells to color code cells that are greater or lesser. However there is text in the cells and the conditional formatting isn't correctly color coding values that are higher or lower.
