I have a spreadsheet that I have to print daily schedules from I have it conditional formatted so when I enter an X in the first cell of the row the row highlights. Through out that row there are X's in the cells of the daily sheet I must print from tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. So I have two questions: Is there a formula that I can write so when I enter that X in the first cell it makes any other cell with an X in it print the corresponding bottom tabs daily schedule sheet. So looking at this I want the first X to say print sheet 3,8,12,15 from the tabs below. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 x x x x x tabs at bottom 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 Or this would be my other option: Conditional formatting. My other question is on this same spreadsheet, Is there a formula that I can write so that when I enter that same X in that first cell I have conditional formatting that will highlight the X's in that row a color of my choice. I need help on conditional formatting dates. So in short, I need the cells to be red if the date is between the 1st and 14th, then green if the date is between the 15th and 30th (or 31st). Then I did it in order of month, red to green. For example I would copy and paste the 8/17 red code and then the 08/17 green code, in order up to December 2017. It is now the 20th and I opened the excel sheet to check if the cell would be green because the date range but it is not. I have an attachable image.

I am trying to use conditional formatting to color the space between two data entries. Here is an example of what I am trying to do, I colored the cells just as an example. This would be a shared spreadsheet where rental home owners would have access to the sheet and would enter in the check in and check out dates for the guest, usually multiple time a month. Hello i have this formula in a cell, =IF(I11<>"",IF(H11="",NOW(),H11),"") and i want to conditional format this cell to turn green if its within a a range of time say for instance between the hours of 6:00 am - 8:00 am, and to turn red if it is outside that time frame and no color if it is blank.. I have tried multiple things and i cannot get the excel to recognize the cell as a time instead of a formula, i could not find a time option in conditional formatting.
