I am trying to use a simple Conditional formatting to highlight the row based on the data in column B. My formula is copied from several other online sources. I have a formula in a cell & I have done conditional formatting to that cell. There is no data in the particular cell, as per the conditional formatting I have set if there is no data in a cell it should show blank but it is showing as "0" with a different color.
