I'm using Vlookup successfully and want to catch #N/A errors. I've tried both IFERROR and IFNA to replace the #N/A with "". The cell just shows the formula and does not execute as expected. Help?

Greetings,
I need an if VLOOKUP formula based on the corresponding instructions
If you do not know how to incorporate it into vlookup please let someone else answer thank you!
(1) If the updated data from a provider matches LACHD’s estimate, the amount stays as the estimated value; (2) if there is no report from a provider, the amount stays as the estimated value; (3) if the estimated value deviates from the reported actual value, the reported value is used to update (replace) the estimated value.

I need to import site location info from one program into another.
I exported the data to client_sites.005.xlsx. The sheet sites.004 has ALL the address data.
The sheet ClientSites is the import template. As you can see there is only space for one location at a time in the template. Most my customers have only one location but some have more.
I tried to use vlookup but was having issues. I need a formula to pull the "shipto" info into the appropriate columns in the "template".
Template Fields => export fields
"Client Code" => "Customer ID"
"Client Name" => "Customer Name"
"Site Name" => Customer Name" & "Ship to Address City"
etc...
