I need a vlookup type formula to reference a column and row and return the value at that intersection. I need the formula to reference a given last name and match it to a column from colums D-O, then reference a given date and match it to a list of dates from row a10-a440. Then return the value or cell name at that intersection.

Why does my vlookup formula just appear in the cell where I enter it instead of NA or a number I'm trying to insert? It just shows the formula I put in from the wizard.

I've pasted E:F from an email data cleaning program. The results are valid/invalid/etc... I'm trying to create a clean list of only valid email addresses (F) but also looking up the matching values with that row in A:C.
