I'm working on a macro in excel that basically deletes the first three rows of a file, and the highlights all active cells remaining and turns that list into a table. The macro then creates 3 separate pivot tables and puts them on their own sheets as well. My question is, how can I get the macro to automatically update and create the table in the beginning when the data is constantly changing sizes? So basically when I get one worksheet of data there might be 500 lines of items but then on the next worksheet there's only about 10. How can I edit the macro so that it automatically adjusts the data area?

My Excel workbook is enormous and takes too long to save, open, and close. I have followed every suggestion online for eliminating empty cells, columns, and rows and it gets bigger every time. I even saved it in binary format and it's still too big. I don't know how to shrink the size to reflect the actual amount of data in there. There are very few formulas and no pivot tables. I can't attach the file because it's over 20 MB!
