I need to apply conditional formatting comparing the number in column D to F, and E to F based on the following (D is a # value for the current month, E is 3 month, and F is 12 month). If D is less than or equal to F, then highlight in gree. If D is greater than a 20% increase from F, then highlight in red. If D is less than or equal to the 20% increase from F AND greater than F, highlight in yellow. Same 3 rules for the value in column E compared to F.
