I need some help with conditional formatting of cells that contain certain special characters

Conditional Formatting Question: I want to highlight the top cell (title cell) of a column based on the information in that column. I.e. if there are empty cells in column C, the title of the column (C2) is highlighted red.

I'm trying to have a cell turn red if it took more than 5 minutes to complete task. Column D is the result of subtracting B(time in) from C(time out). Ideally, there would be conditional formatting in column C that would turn red when over 5 minutes. However, I can't get it to work.

I would like cells in Column A to highlight based on whether or not a cell in column G is highlighted. (Column G has conditional formatting applied based on a specific date)

Conditional Formatting: Using cells from another sheet. I want the conditional formatting from Sheet 2 to be mirrored on the same named cell in Sheet 1. I used this formula: =match($A:$A, indirect("HLP!C1:C"),0) But when the Sheet 2 cell being referenced too is no longer highlighted, it's still highlighted in Sheet 1

Hello, can I add a drop down menu to a cell with conditional formatting. So that when the cell turns green I can use the drop down menu, but when it is red, the drop down menu is not there.
