I have a table that lists data by date and time (in separate columns) I am able trying to extract the data using countifs date range to auto populate other tables containing overviews by week and month. I can get the data via date easily, however I now need to count data between two times (06:00 - 18:00) on a specific date or date range.

I need a formula that counts the number of times that column B prints "D", column C prints either ShotGoal or 8MGoal, and column F prints "Eighth" in Excel. I have gotten this correct for when column F is "First" through "Seventh". What is correct about my first expression but incorrect for my second? I keep getting zero when I know that output is false. This is happening for many expressions containing "Eighth" See the expressions below.

I need a formula for a multi workbook that countif date range on workbook 4 the date range in column A is between 1/1/2018 and 3/31/2018 and the entry in column B is Medical then L32 on workbook 1 (medical column) would would count 1. I would need them to count all of the "medicals" in column B for the date range above.
