Hi I need help on this formula. =(COUNTIFS(INDIRECT("'"&SL$6&"'!J:J"),"B2",INDIRECT("'"&$SL6&"'!$L:$L"),$C7)) it counts multiple things from different sheets, all I want is to please loock up in the sheet reference, my reference starts from SL6, while same formula I have to past in every 15th cell but say SL6 is first sheet or day, my second formula will be pasted on AY6. but I need reference to go to SM6 not TA6, please help

On sheet 2, I am trying to count how many people were terminated between 1/1/16 and 1/31/16. I used a countifs formula with criteria to match the job title, not be blank, >= to 1/1/16, <= to 1/31/16. It is not counting anything. What am I doing wrong?
