countif column f contains "FT" AND column B does not contain a blank

Hi there, I created a data validation drop down list with classes [year7, year8, year9] in one sheet. My source sheet has fields like regno, name, gender, nationality, religion, subjects and so on. Im unable to extract data from my source file if I click on the drop down menu. Sometimes, year 7 is only working and fetching the data. but if i click on year8 nothing happens.
