Hi there. I am looking for help to make this spreadsheet make useful to look at. What we were trying to do is have a list of all employees and their courses. I need to be able to see when courses are expiring. Would like to have a formula to highlight yellow when they are expiring in 3 months, red when expired. Also emails or other notification of upcoming expiration would be great. Any other tips to make this kind of spreadsheet more efficient would be great!

how to highlight on excel? I have names listed in column A. Most names are duplicates. Column H contains text. I need to highlight rows that have duplicate values in A (same name) and also contain duplicate values in Column H for those rows with the same name in A.
