I create pivot tables/charts from data extracted into excel. Each month I have to update the charts - so I extract the data from the software, cut & paste into the file to update the data source for the charts. But - it seems I have to select the data source and highlight the records to be included for each chart, each time I update! I tried to produce a 'dynamic pivot table' without success. Other answers have been when selected the data source select a much large area so you capture the new data pasted into it.... sorry not easy to explain!
