Hi there need some help with conditional formatting please, using =AND(LEFT(K$4,4)="1350",K9>K34,K5<>"Buy") trying to make the cell not highlight red if buy is in row 5 but not working

Hi there I want some help with conditional formatting. Basically the spreadsheet shows values/spread changes of bonds over time. In columns Z-AT I have calculated the various curves. I want to highlight with a darker green colour where the current curve (is column z the current 3s/5s curve) is less than the mom and ytd and use red for when its less then just to show how curves have moved to give us ideas in from a name specific basis if it makes sense to sell the longer dated and buy the shorter dated.

I have a problem that I need help with. I am trying to use conditional formatting with multiple conditions to highlight one cell against another cell using greater than, equal to, and less than. The cell I want highlighted gets its value using a formula that gathers data from multiple areas in the spreadsheet. This seems to be the cause of my trouble. The cell I want to compare it to is a static number. For some reason no matter what I do I cannot get the cell containing the formula to highlight correctly. Ive tried all variations of =g3<>h3 but for some reason it will not work. (G3 is the cell that has a value obtained from a formula) What I am looking for is when G3 is less than H3 then G3 gets highlighted red. When G3 is greater than H3 then G3 gets highlighted green. When they are equal G3 stays white. PLEASE HELP! I've spent 3 hours on this already.

Looking to be able to highlight a range of cells based off 4 drop down lists. The drop down lists are: days of the week, a list of tasks, and then a start time and an end time. I want to be able to pick the day of the week from the drop down, pick the task and pick a start time and an end time and have it highlight all the cells between the two times the color associated with each task. I know how to do the drop down lists and make the button, I just need the macro that would do the rest. Is there already a general one out there that I could look at and tweak to fit my needs?
