I already have a SUMIF formula, but need that formula to only pull data associated with a specific name in another column.

I'm familiar with data analysis functions (countif, average, sumif, etc.). I need a system that allows me to analyze data from the aggregate to the disaggregated forms, without having to sort the data and break it into separate sheets based on the criteria for disaggregation.

On the InventoryAudit worksheet in cell D3, create a formula to determine the total quantity sold within the category in cell B1. Enter a SUMIF function nested in an IF function to determine if B3 has a value. If B3 has a value, then you will sum the Trans_Sold if the Trans_Item meets the criteria in B3. If B3 does not have a value, then the cell is left blank. Select range B3:D3, and then double-click the Fill handle to copy the three formulas down through cell range B4:D17. Rows 7 through 17 will be blank because the Indirect function is referring to the named range for the value in cell B1, "Massage".

I need to somehow combine vlookup with sumif to copy some values from one sheet to another but not quite sure how to go for it.

I am needing some help with a formula to sum data numbers across multiple entries. I have played with the sumif formula, and it does what i need, but only with one column of "range". I am needing to do this across 22 columns of "range". I have an example of what I am trying to do to show.

I HAVE WRITTEN A FORMULA FOR SUMIF AS FOLLOWS: =SUMIF(B6:B44,B48,AT6:AT46) the formula is returning only one value from the specified range. I have recopied the values in b6:b46 to eliminate any formatting issues. the formula is only returning one value from the sum range. the all the values in AT6:AT46 are arrived at via a formula. If i copy the info to another sheet without any formulas then I get the correct answer. I need to be able to use the sum of values that meet a criteria from b48 applied to range B6:B48.
