I have names in 200 rows in colom A each name has a value in Colum B i want to create 10 small groups based on their values +or - 50 if required a row can be taken from lower ones

Hi there, I am working on a large spreadsheet with qualitative content for work. However, in some of the sheets the column headers (e.g. A, B,C etc) have become really large/wide and the content in the cells below relatively small. How can I make these column headers regular-sized again?

I need help with a particular formula given by a previous expert. It uses the following: INDEX, SMALL AND ROW. The formula works very well for my data. But, when I try to add information to my dataset, the formula does not behave the same. Here, I want to change the formula to expand it to more possibilities of my dataset.
