I'm trying to make graph paper and I found this template on excel for it. It has the options of small grids, medium, and large. I chose the medium grids, and when I printed them out I measured one square and it was 0.25cm in length. But if I measure a series of squares at once, I find that the squares are being shifted down, so the sides do not meet every 0.25cm of the ruler. I checked the column widths and they are set as 0.25cm. I tried finding other graph papers online but each time I have the same problem. This is a big issue because if I draw a line that is 10 square lengths long, it isn't 2.5cm long. Is there any way to fix this?

I created several bar graphs to cast a timeline of data of a 12 month period. The changes in the data are extremely minimal, so the bar graphs look almost identical, however, I want the chart to emphasize these small differences, so I can see stronger differentiation from month to month. Hello, I made the Font size of the entire sheet Cailbri 11 and it looks extremely small when its zoomed out which it usually doesn't. I assumed that it was just that small zoomed out but when I exported as a PDF it was that small (unreadable) as well. Can you please help me make it normal Calibri 11?
