Is there anyway I can easily raise the first character as capital and small characters on the others instead of Upper and lower function?

I have a formula I found on a you tube video that works fine in the video but will not work for what I have. The formula is =IF(ROWS(D$8:D8)<=$C$8,INDEX($B$8:$B$73,SMALL(IF(ISNUMBER($B$8:$B$73),ROW(B8:$B$73)-ROW($B$8)+1),ROWS(D$8:D8))),"") I have a list of numbers or N/A in row B8:B73, I want only the numbers to populate in a different worksheet in cell R7:R..... The amount of numbers in the list will vary from month to month. There are currently 6 numbers in the list when I use the above formula it returns 3 numbers and 3 N/A's

I am wondering is if there is a way to create a drop down that will direct the value of the cell next to it to a certain category. so fro example, let say I have imported my monthly bank statement and I have 2 gas expenses and 1 meal expense. gas expense 1 $20 GAS meal expense 1 $14 MEALS gas expense 2 $50 GAS Can I create a dropdown here beside each expense and direct it to go to a seperate spread sheet to be added together once I select the expense then it will go to the other spread sheet and add up GAS $70 and MEALS $13 I hope you can help
