Hi I have a column which gives me daily temperatures since 1975 till 2017. I am trying to calculate the cumulative deviation of temperature and trigger a payout if the cumulative is greater than 150 degrees celcius or 250 degrees. The deviation is based on 'triggers' so if the daily max temp is 30 and the trigger is 31 then the cumulative deviation is -1 and so on. I have a set of 6 triggers - 31, 33 35.5 38 39.5 and 39. I have a formula that basically measures efficiency of an experiment ( so we get a value that should range anywhere from 50-100, however the procedure isn't quite accurate yet so we have values that are greater than 100) In order to use these values in our data calculations still we need to make everything that is over 100 just equal 100, instead of going through and hand changing everyone of them, is there a function in excel that I could use instead like maybe a max value or something?
