I would like to have a different standard deviation per bar, but I don't know how to do that. I figured out how to change standard deviation for all bars, but not how to change each bar seperately.

I am comparing three groups of people/data and these groups were given questions were they could answer from for example 1-4.
So three groups with a bunch of 1-4 answers, now I am trying to chart this data, the values are normalized to percentages and I have managed to create a normal bar-chart. However I also want average & standard deviation to be shown in these graphs, right now I dont know how to implement this effectively, ive been trying out the box and whiskers plot but cant figure out how to retain the data I need. I can show some of my graph pictures to make more sense of it if possible.
