I don't necessarily need a formula, It could be using sort or a table or whatever gets it done but I am looking for you to go into to the work sheet go to the tab labeled holders and sort the names under top 31 holders so it is a static list with their number listed quartber by quarter as opposed to it changing by the largest number every quarter you understand what I am asking for?
