Hi how do you do a compare of the 2 columns in different spreadsheets and get a result of matches with yes or no. The spreadsheets are large and the column information varies

I have thousands of large "tab-sized" spaces in "blank" cells in my spreadsheet that I cannot find using the Find tool. How can I clear all these spaces without taking many hours doing it manually?

I create pivot tables/charts from data extracted into excel. Each month I have to update the charts - so I extract the data from the software, cut & paste into the file to update the data source for the charts. But - it seems I have to select the data source and highlight the records to be included for each chart, each time I update! I tried to produce a 'dynamic pivot table' without success. Hey....complex one...well for me haha...ok so I have a large database at the transport company I work for and what I've been able to extract was the date of revenue trips, what time and departure station...I want to graph all trips from location a on Tuesdays for example vs from location 2 on Wednesdays [we only have 2 locations right now, 7 days of the week of course and departures possible twice an hour]
