What I want to accomplish with this worksheet is:
Cells that generate the count of people per state; OH (Oakley station) VS IN (Lytle Building)
Cells that generate the count of people under each manager without having to have numbered columns. Managers are listed in row 3 with the background color of yellow; pink font = Work at home; black font = In office; Cells B37, D37, F37, H37, L37, N37, T37 are to be counted under the manager listed at the top of the column).
