Hello, I have an excel data where I update one row (with multiple columns) each week. During plotting, I go back every n weeks (n rows) to generate average plot of each of these columns. It is difficult to manually choose n rows everytime I update a new row. I have a workbook with multiple sheets. One sheet has a list of situations that may occur in one column and a drop down menu with a blank or X in the adjacent column. If you choose X then the situation occurred. If you choose blank it did not. On a separate sheet within the workbook, in one cell, I would like to a string of only the situations that have X values chosen from the drop down menu (i.e. "Situation 1, Situation 2, Situation 5, Situation 8, etc."). I can't seem to get the formula correct. Any advice?

I am using excel solver to choose three out of 14 potential facility locations, based solely on transportation costs from 10 existing warehouses. My constraints are a limit on the number of monthly trips to two of the locations and I also have a couple sites that can't be serviced by certain warehouses.
