Hello, I got help from a previous beta session but now i want to finish the solution to my problem. I am a project manager of a translation company.I have and excel extracted from a website with 3 columns ( the client gave it to us). Column A is the numbering system (from the site). Column B is the English version of the site. Column C is the Greek version of the site.As you can See Column C contains english descriptions and greek. They came to us because the previous company didnt translate those fields. They have english in their greek section. So lets come to our problem. We want to give an offer for translation of english to greek of the C column. In order to do that we want only the english cells of the C column to appear. The beta help gave a solution but that doesnt solve the problem. He gave a formula to d cell to give value 1 for each cell that contains "a" word. But plain "a" word is in greek cells too. I want a formula that gives a 1 or true value to all the cells of the C column that MUST contain 3 continued characters or more from a-z (english) . I choose 3 continued because some greek cells have metrics system for example "kg",other cells are just numbers and other cells are plain letter and number for example D1,D5,A6 (there is no need for translation of those).Then i want to save to a different excel only the C column that shows only the 1 or true valued based on the criteria cells without losing its numbering because after the translation, to give it to the translator and then the C column to be imported back to the website. hi there, I'm trying to use a named range in a camera object. E.g a camera picture, rather than having x1 cell reference is referring to a named range. When I attempt to enter the named range in the formula bar, it says it is not a valid input. I'm using excel 2016. Hi, in my Excel attached I would like to use a combined data validation. On Sheet 1 Column C, Cell C2 I validated 3 main categories which you can find on the Sheet 2. My problem what I would like to solve is that, if I choose a category in Column C, Cell C2 (eg.: Reviewer issue), after in Column D, Cell D2 to have in the dropdown only the elements which are coresponding to this Subcategory, and no matter which Category I am choosing in C2, in D2 I will get only the elements which is corresponding to that specific Category. I am trying to create a part code generator. Columns A - F is an example set of criteria, and in row 2, Columns H - J is where you choose from each category what is applicable. The numbers in row 3 below this then populate the correct number that is associated with the category forming part of the part code. However, i want it to hide the non applicable values. So if you choose 'Fixings' (number 2), in category 1, it ONLY shows 'Nuts' and 'Washers' to choose from in category 2... Is this possible??

Hello I am trying to get a separate cell filled in with a model number when an item is selected from a drop down menu. To make it easy to understand. When you pick from a drop down menu T8 4ft it will automatically populate a designated cell with a model number. I have attached a file for you to see.
