i need column F to give choices for the user to choose from instead of the user being able to type whatever he wants the choices should be the whole second column on SHEET 3

I need to make a worksheet that we can "build" in adobe with all of the details and options linked and stored in excel. We are making a quote for customers and want to have drop down options available to choose from.

There are four of us that access a shared excel spreadsheet at the same time. we all enter data into the rows continually throughout the day. Normally when I hit save, it will auto-populate all of the data that the other employees entered below the row that I just filled. (same goes for each time each person saves). Recently, when we try to enter into the same cell, we receive a pop up that tells us we are both trying to change the same cell and you have to choose which person's data wins. It used to just fill the person's data below the other row instead of locking. i have tried EVERYTHING that I can think of and I'm stuck. Help?

I have a range of data where I am trying to create a Chart that is very versatile. I have roughly 50 columns with a potential of 1250 rows. All the data falls within the same time range, but the frequency of the data varies (some data points are every day, others are weekly and others are bi-monthly). That means that each row does not necessarily correspond to data from the same date. What I would like this chart to have is dates on the X axis and on the Y axis use multiple secondary axes (max 4 or 5). I need a formula to convert a value that is entered into one of three fields that the user can choose to enter a numerical number. The resulting value needs to then be used in another formula I already have. I am formulating a drug calculator when the drug preparation will be entered in one of three fields,either grams, milligrams or micrograms. eg. Field B2 - grams, B3 - milligrams, B4 micrograms. I then want to convert whichever value is entered in milligrams with the value showing in only C5. Any suggestions

I have a formula that grabs the lower of two amounts =IF(B9<=1,0,[@2]>=1,B10,MIN(IF(RIGHT(pt_refused!$C$8:$C$777,5)="total",IF(pt_refused!$A$8:$A$777=B$7,IF(pt_refused!$L$8:$L$777>0,pt_refused!$L$8:$L$777))))) but when there is only one amount available, it does not grab it but rather leaves the cell blank. How do I write that formula to grab the lowest amount regardless if there is one or multiple numbers to choose from?

The attached spreadsheet is an assessment used by our providers to determine a score. The attached is a protected version, same we send to them. There are many areas that are dropdowns, such as cell CDE 35/36, and IJ 35/36. As it is protected, the only option is to choose from the dropdown. This is key because the scoring is based on those specific answers. We are getting files back with these cells overwritten. It comes back protected, but they are getting around the protection. It is password protected. When they send them back and I try to type in the box they have written over, it gives me an error. Thank you for your help.
