I need help in establishing conditional formatting in pivot table. I have two sources of data that I am able to import onto two worksheets. The first table has item numbers, width of the item, height of the item, price of the individual item. The 2nd table has the model number, width, height, and total number sold for the year. I am needing a few pivot tables. I need a price grid of individual models by width and height (width is my column, height is my row, filtered by model # - got that far) I need to add a coloring (conditional formatting) to the values by sales. I need another pivot table that can do a grid that can compare the price of the base model to the chosen model. This grid would have a percentage of the difference in price. still with the width in column and the height in the row. Beyond the basic single price grid by size....I am lost

Hello, how to get the average of numbers? I am trying to get Excel to calculate a commission on a "less than simple" pay structure. Essentially, I get paid a percentage of net sales. That percentage is determined based on 2 criteria. For example: If my "Products Per Deal" is 1.00 and my average income per deal is $1000.00, then I will be paid 13.00% commission. If my "Products Per Deal" is 1.3 and my average income per deal is $1200, then my commission will be calculated at 15.50%. I have a table set up, I just don't know how to get Excel to figure out what percentage it is.

I have a pivot table for a price grid. Width in the column, height in the row, filtered by model #. Is it possible to have the pivot table have conditional formatting based off the number of doors sold? EX: 4x8 unit price is $446.00 but I want to see it yellow because only 2 were sold. Can use the formula bar in conditional formatting to say any unit price that sold between 1 and 5 is yellow?

Please reference EXP_321 I am trying to get conditional formatting based on a column that is NOT included in the value of the pivot table. My pivot table has values based off column g "Price" while I want the conditional formatting to be based off column L "# Sold" EX: If I sold between 1 and 5 of my 5x8 model 600 the unit price of $446 will turn yellow.

Column Q: MSKU – String representing a product Goal: Count number of days a row item in column Q was out of stock between 7/1/17 and 7/31/17 and pull that number into the row corresponding with that item in Column S Reference Array: The table Columns D:L represents a report in which each row a daily snapshot is given of a SKU in column F, the warehouse code representing the warehouse in which it is in stock in Column H, the quantity within that warehouse in Column I, and the date from which the data was pulled in Column L. Problem: Because my items may be in stock in multiple warehouses on any given date, it is challenging to create a formula to count the number of different dates in which an item had stock in any warehouse, as one SKU may appear multiple times in the column corresponding to the same date. The reports used to create the table Column D:L do not show line items without stock – They only have information on products that had stock on the dates recorded. So I cannot use a lookup formula to find dates in which stock was zero, because those dates would not be listed in the column. It will be a challenge but what I am looking for is a formula is column S that, using the line item in column R, will search the Table (Columns D:L) and find the number of dates between 7/1/17 and 7/31/17 in which no data could be found for the the line item in Column R
