Products are listed one by one with text within one column. I need to know what products and how many of them it has but the list can vary from time to time. After that I need to gather that information and add it to the next table that counts the products in certain groups together to a nice excel table and a tidy form ready to be printed out.

Hi! I created a table I think I did ok so far but I'm stuck when the punch in is on one date and the punch out date is another date. So please hopefully you can help me, it would greatly be appreciated! I don't need to add lunch breaks but I do have to round up on punch in and round down for punch outs to nearest 15 minutes. Punch in time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes 8:01 - 8:14 = 8:15 8:16 - 8:29 = 8:30 8:31 - 8:44 = 8:45 8:46 - 8:59 = 9:00 I used this formula : =CEILING(F23,"0:15") Punch out time is rounded down nearest 15 minutes 8:01 - 8:14 = 8:00 8:16 - 8:29 = 8:15 8:31 - 8:44 = 8:30 8:46 - 8:59 = 8:45 I used this formula: =FLOOR(H23+"0:01","0:15") Then I have the cell that formulates the hours clocked I used this formula: =TEXT(I23-G23,"H:MM") The final cell then formulates the total hours I used this formula: =(J23-INT(J23))*24 As I mentioned above, the issue I'm having is punch in on one date and punch out on the following date. I tried pasting example here but it didn't show. Thank you in advance :)

I have a table, named "Rate_Card" with a list of resources and their associated cost. I have another table, named "Estimate", with a forecast breakdown of the number of resources required to achieve an outcome. The column in the Estimate Table which relates to the Rate Card is D11. The total resources required is in column F11. I would like to match the resource entered in D11 and calculate the total effort by multiplying the total number required in F11 by the relevant associated cost in the Rate Card.

So here is my issue. I'm using excel to calculate out the debt service that I need to support a hypothetical development, and the sumif function doesn't seem to want to work given the formulas I've setup. So the debt service is a basic amortization table debt service table over 25 years. But for the development I only need to be worried about the debt service on the loan through the period that I'm doing the development. In this case 8 months of the 25 year time frame. To get the schedule I setup a schedule that returns period dates based on the month and year. I think referenced that date using the following function: =INDEX('Project Schedule'!$1:$1,MATCH(G4,'Project Schedule'!$2:$2))+1 This references the months in Row 2, and returns the Period Value in Row 1. In this case returning the value of 14. but when I use a basic SumIf function to sum the total cost of the payments into the loan, it returns a "zero" value. Here is my sumif function SUMIF(A10:A410,"<=F4",G10:G410) Now if I just replace F4 with the value 14 it works and calculates correctly, but if I reference the cell F4 it returns a zero value. My only thought is that the Index function screws this up, and doesn't actually return a number value. Your thoughts?
