Hi, I am making a CF projection, & I need to sum numbers depending on a range or criterias: Name of Vendor; Payment Status (Paid, Unpaid). That I can do using Sumifs. However, I need to sum up numbers provided that transaction relates only to month which have passed. For ex, I am making CF for the month of May and I only need to sum up unpaid amounts for Vendor 1 if they were to be paid before May (ie Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr). How to add that criteria to SUMIFS or any other formula?

I want to have my month-to-date revenue calculated to project the whole month's revenue. SO if I am on the tenth day of the month I want the formula to sum the entries, divide by the number of entries (days completed, including zero if a day has zero sales) and multiply by the days in the month. I can set a cell to the number of days in the month but how do I get it to divide only by the number of entries?

I am trying to use the following formula to sum a column of six items if any item is nonzero but show nothing if they are all zero. If the first, second or sixth item is nonzero, it works. But if the those three are zero, the sum ignores the third, fourth, and fifth items. Here is the formula: =IF(N(F56)*N($J$2)+N(F57)*N($J$3)+N(F58)*N($J$4)+N(F59)*($J$5)+N(F60)*N($J$6)+N(F61)*N($J$7)=0,"",SUM(F56:F61))

What formula should I use in sheet 'ABC Costing' cell R48 to SUM C48:N48?
