hi, I am trying to sort out a problem in excel. what i am trying to do is 2 IF functions in one cell. one side will have my purchases and the other will have my sales. =if(m17="","",-sum(m17+q17),if(n17="","",sum(n17)-sum(o17+p17)))) purchases: m17 = 7.99 q17 = 0.36 sales: n17 = 14.95 fees: o17 = 1.50 p17 = 0.71 i am trying to put this into one cell and have a running total at the end. can you help me please?

Hi, I need to change the colour and value of a cell, dependent on two other cells both being above a certain value. If one cell is below value, then the colour will not change but the value will? For example; E2 must be 90, G2 must be 90, H2 will run a SUM of these figures. If both cells (E2 and G2) go above 90, then H2 will change fill to green. If one of them is not above 90, it will stay red

I have a table and one of the columns is a formula, which is just looking at another column, so it just says '=k7', for example. With it stored as a formula, it won't sum. So I tried copying and pasting values, but it still won't sum and I get an error 'Inconsistent calculated column function... ?

I HAVE WRITTEN A FORMULA FOR SUMIF AS FOLLOWS: =SUMIF(B6:B44,B48,AT6:AT46) the formula is returning only one value from the specified range. I have recopied the values in b6:b46 to eliminate any formatting issues. the formula is only returning one value from the sum range. the all the values in AT6:AT46 are arrived at via a formula. If i copy the info to another sheet without any formulas then I get the correct answer. I need to be able to use the sum of values that meet a criteria from b48 applied to range B6:B48.

If you sum some cells and one of the cells is less than 0 or negative how do you exclude it from the sum?
