I want to return a date value in a row from a value in the row below. This is the formula I tried =IF(D5:DC5,"1",D3:DC3) but I get a value# error. So if cell E5 contained a 1, then I want excel to tell me what is in the cell at the top of the column it appears in.... did that come across ok?

I'm working on a schedule and want a drop down list of the names that work a specific day. I have the names of the people in row 3 columns G:V I have the schedule in row 5 to 11 (1st week) I want to have a drop down for each row in column X, but it should only display the names that actually have a shift that day. For example in row 5 only 3 people have shifts(G5:I5), so the drop down in X3 should only contain the names from G3:G5.

I am trying to fill a formula left across columns and each column formula change the row number instead of change the column letter. For example. The original formula is as follows: =(Data!C2/Data!B2). I want it to proceed as I fill across columns as =(Data!C3/Data!B3) then =(Data!C4/Data!B4) and so on. Instead it fills like this:=(Data!D2/Data!C2) and then =(Data!E2/Data!D2)
