On Tab "Employee Information" I need Column U to use an if formula from Column P to decipher whether the Employee file Single "S", Married "M", or Do Not Withhold "DNW". Once it deciphers this, if the answer is "S" I need it to lookup the tab "Payroll Calculator" AG for the Employee's Taxable Gross Wage, and using this number find the Gross Taxable Percentage from the named group "SingleFedTaxTable" (or tab "Data" range H14 through I20), to find where the The Taxable Gross Wage falls between the H and I columns on the Data tab, the percentage on J14 the J20 from the row which the The Taxable Gross Wage falls in between then needs to be displayed on the "Employee Information" in column U.
If the answer is "M" I need for it to do the same as above, but using the named group "MarriedFedTaxTable" or tab "Data" range H26 through I32, to find the percentage on J26 through J32.
If the answer is "DNW" I just need it to answer with a 0.
If there any way this can be worked out?

I have customers serviced by 6 different technicians on different dates. I have the following columns: Customer Number, Application Type, Applicator Initals, and Date of Application. I want to know which Technician did the most recent basic service (there are 9 of these that I can make a separate list for if needed for a Lookup or Match type of function), for a specific type of application (that I call "W1"). Note that there will be between 20000 to 30000 applications done per year and there are many different types of applications. Note that I tried unsuccessfully to upload a .csv file and could not get the shared google link to work. Hopefully the .jpg file will do.
