hello I am not sure what formula to use. I have a table in a spreadhseet which shows client names, codes and their department numbers. The second spreadsheet has all the invoices received for each client in a month, rather than looking up and typing the department code for each client i want to enter a formula which will look it up and enter it ofr me. think it is a lookup formula but not sure, can you help?

The INDEX sheet should be the first sheet in your sheet tab. In the A column of the INDEX sheet create a list titled 1 thru 16 matching up with the 16 technical requirements. Add a hyperlink so that when the instructor clicks on the link it will goto the worksheet and cell containing an example of the technical requirement. In the B column add a short description of your implementation of the technical requirement. This is required for grading purposes. If these hyperlinks are not added to your workbook it will affect your project grade. Submit your description document and project workbook for grading.

Working in a factory, I have a spreadsheet with multiple worksheets that each represent a running line in the factory. The spreadsheet is used to enter the following data: Date, Time, Change, By Whom. This is filled out when a change is made to a line. Is there a way to lookup the latest date/time entries and display them on a separate sheet labelled 'Latest Changes'. I would also like this to display an extra column dubbed 'Name' which I need to populate with the title of the sheet that I get the info from.
