On Tab "Employee Information" I need Column U to use an if formula from Column P to decipher whether the Employee file Single "S", Married "M", or Do Not Withhold "DNW". Once it deciphers this, if the answer is "S" I need it to lookup the tab "Payroll Calculator" AG for the Employee's Taxable Gross Wage, and using this number find the Gross Taxable Percentage from the named group "SingleFedTaxTable" (or tab "Data" range H14 through I20), to find where the The Taxable Gross Wage falls between the H and I columns on the Data tab, the percentage on J14 the J20 from the row which the The Taxable Gross Wage falls in between then needs to be displayed on the "Employee Information" in column U. If the answer is "M" I need for it to do the same as above, but using the named group "MarriedFedTaxTable" or tab "Data" range H26 through I32, to find the percentage on J26 through J32. If the answer is "DNW" I just need it to answer with a 0. If there any way this can be worked out?

So I have sheet named "Master Suburban Tenant List 1.1" and it has a bunch of companies in them that are either clients or pursuits. I added columns in column "N" that is for clients and column "O" for pursuits. I want to write a macro so when I put a "Y" in that column it will automatically copy the whole row and paste it into the sheets labeled "Pursuing" or "Clients".
