why can't I sort my chart if it's connected to a pivot table?

I want a formula to do the following: If the value of cell B69*75% is greater than the value in cell B39, then put the value in cell B39 in cell B37

I have a calculated value in H69. I would like a formula that looks at H69 and determines if 75% of this value is greater than the calculated value in H39. If this is true, then put the calculated value of H39 into cell H37. So basically I have retained earnings cell that I use a formula to calculate the value. I want to look at this calculated value and it if it is higher than the calculated value in the deferred interest running balance, then I want the amount of the deferred interest running balance to go in cell H37.

Hi, This is the first time I am using this service. I have a spreadsheet that is used for budgeting. I am not sure how much work can be done on it in a session, but I need it cleaned up so that all the formats are similar and that the read outs are similar. In my cell H26 I have a formula to calculate a value. I want to have this value shown if it is a negative, but if it is a positive number I want it to show 0. The formula I used was: =IF(SUM(H21:H25)>0,0), which works for this cell, but when I copy it to the next cell which calculates a negative number I get FALSE

I have a cell that shows deferred interest running balance H39. This cell does not reflect a payment in cell H37. How can I get H39 to calculate correct so it reflects a payment? Each cell contains formulas so anything I come up with has circular references. Also, I received help on cell H26. I wanted to show the cell with a value of 0 if there is a positive number there; however, when I do this, it messes up a calculation in the cell below. Is there a way to show a 0 if the calculated value is a positive number yet still use the actual number in the calculation for the cell below?

I would like to sum the column 'Total' if I refer to a value in column 'Prog code'. For example, say, I am looking for prog code 70 then I would like to have the corresponding values in column 'Total' summed. So the answer would be 1300.

I am clicking on cell to the right after entering my information. For some unknown reason excel online is not bringing up my keyboard for one. It is giving me a right click screen that is shown. That is one frustrating issue. The next maddening trick it has come up with is that it is adding the prior cells information to the new cell after I type the info into the new cell. For example let's say I type an L in cell B2. When I finally get the keyboard to come up in cell B3, I will enter a the number 2. It will show up as L2. How I can use the rank function to give me the rank in this situation? I need a ranking of 1,2,3,4,5... if the value are the same it need to keep the same rank. IE: if 20 return 3 time and 60 3 time, both of them will have the same rank.
