I need the formula that provides the result in a cell to change/be selected from a table of values, based in the input in two other cells. For instance, based on the size input into cell B23 (1,2,3 etc)and the Unit input into cell B26 (GPM, MGD, etc), the result in B49 is calculated using values in a table consisting of 3 columns and 10 rows starting at K22.

Hello, I have a workbook set up that my clients can choose options on the "customer sheet" and the value is added on the "proposal" sheet. Then that gets summed up and totaled at "proposal E1204" That is then showed on the customer sheet on D7. When a client makes a selection, the value changes. How can I show on cell F7 on the customer sheet what that change was?
